Miss Elli is an amazing woman. She is the best Mom I can imagine - and a Granny one can dream of. She is the most confident, courageous and beautiful person I’ve ever known, has always been an inspiration, my role model and my biggest supporter.
She always has a hug for me the minute I walk in the door, a shoulder to cry on when I need one, and the most fantastic smile I’ve ever seen. Seeing her smile brightens up my day.
She responsible for feeding and nurturing my own, now unflappable, sense of self.
Miss Elli always has a listening ear, a sound advice and she loves me no matter what - she is my very best friend. I love her from the bottom of my heart!

Marge: Homer! There’s someone here who can help you…
Homer: Is it Batman?
Marge: No, he’s a scientist.
Homer: Batman’s a scientist?!
Marge: It’s not Batman!
Sanni… Miss Elli’s water broke, right after she had enjoyed a formidable portion of strawberries and cream. While Granny Anni informed Papili, who was working on a night shift, Miss Elli got dressed and grabbed her bag. Thereafter Granny Anni and Miss Elli hopped into the good old orange-colored VW Beetle and hurried to the hospital.
Back in those days the mommys-to-be still got a clyster before giving birth to the child… which nearly made Miss Elli cry. Not because she was afraid of the progress. No way. Miss Elli thought about the delicious strawberries (!!!).
About two and a half hours of labor later, on June 11th, 1974 @ 2:33 AM GMT +1, a little girl (52cm - 1.71 feet / 3.900g - 8.58lb) was born. She had blue eyes and curly blonde hair. Well, okay, curly hair doesn’t hit the mark. That little girl has had one huge curl on her head - and this is how she looked like:

All that I am, I owe to my mommy Miss Elli, my daddy Papili and my Granny Anni, who raised me up while my parents had to work.
Of course there are some other people who play an important role in my life:
First and foremost there’s my family:
Frank (the best hubby I can imagine), our son Captain Luis, that baby-girl Hamster 2.0, who’s still playing soccer inside my belly (I guess she’s inspired by the EURO 2008) and the Furry Diva.
My little family is followed by my so called “Inner Circle” - the best 3D friends I can imagine.
Last, but definitely not least, as the Internet grows and becomes a part of our lives, it brings with it a unique opportunity to meet people we likely would never have met in any other way. And very often, those people we meet online will become friends. Sometimes, very close friends. We come to know people, and grow to care for them, through the words that we share. From the U.S. to New Zealand, a digital line is drawn, the one I call 2D - friendship. Here’s to you, my dear 2D - friends:
and for everything you have done for me. For all those kind comments and emails, for taking care about me, for stopping by and taking time to comment / coddling me up although I felt like a bag of sh!t 
was sick and didn’t make my blogrounds like I used to do.

I would have loved to start a world tour today to meet all my blog buddies in person, but since it’s that close to Hamster 2.0’s due date I didn’t find any airline who was willing to let me book anything.
