Klaus has asked us

“When did you go out last with the intent to catch yourself a sunset - or a sunrise?”

The answer is… Far to long ago. While we were visiting the beautiful island Ibiza (Spain) we went to Cafe del Mar, located in San Antonio. Since ages folks from all over the world meet there. The idea is a simple one, you sit by the shores of the bay of Calo des Moro in San Antonio and admire the stunning sunsets to a backdrop of ambient and eclectic music provided by the DJ in the bar.

The simplicity of the event and the pleasure one takes in the perfect combination of scenery, beautiful weather and the wonderfully chilled music, make every sunset a special one.

I can still rember how we were awed by the silence which descends on the bar as the sun reluctantly gives up its last rays, before vanishing below the horizon.

I really need to catch myself a sunset more often… Thanks for reminding me!
