24-365: Thumbs up, Captain Luis!

[ I could hug the whole world. The "lazy" weekend did me so good. We spent the whole weekend at home, doing what we wanted to do, including DVD afternoons on the couch - watching Disney-Pixar movies with the kids, suggling on the sofa, reading, playing board games, baking cake, taking a relaxing bubble bath,...
Luis didn't even make an issue out of hair washing - which usually is an unpleasant undertaking. Thumbs up, my Captain!
I enjoyed the weekend home with my family so much I cancelled the planned "girls night out with my boys" this evening. I just didn't feel like leaving this cozy home and go out.
Instead I prefered drinking tea and watching the snow flakes dancing outside
after I kissed Luis and Lily "Good Night".

Ahhh…. sounded like a wonderful weekend - or may I say: just the way they should be? I often feel that way nowadays, but that might be my age and diseases…. *giggles*

Captain Lifecruiser - I can so relate. It was just the way it should be… relaxing. We all started the week with much more enthusiasm than during the last weeks. We even managed to get a proper amount of sleep!

The little Captain already has a heartbreaker reputation at the kindergarten. A few days ago I was informed he cannot decide which of the little girls should be his girlfriend. Every morning 7 girls stand in a row to welcome him and ask for a kiss. That makes 7 out of 7! Go figure.
I see hard times coming. Should definitely spend the weekends as relaxed as the last one. I will need the energy… *grins*
