We had our 1st blogging anniversary yesterday - so we thought it would be nice to thank our readers by announcing a little contest.

Most of you know we started our own little Blogdesign Shop some weeks ago: The Pimp Your Blog Shop.

It´s self-evident we put together a little
Custom Template Giveaway
, isn´t it?

You may ask yourself:

How can I win my free custom xml-template for my “New Blogger” blog?

or

How the heck can I bribe force bring Sanni about to pimp my blogger blog for free?

Well, that´s as easy as 1-2-3! This is what I want you to do:

1.) If you are interested in entering the drawing please sign the Mr. Linky to let me and everyone else know you are participating
2.) Click on the EMAIL-button above
3.) Write in your email WHY I long to pimp YOUR blog for free!
Please include a short description of what your dream template would look like, say, feature, etc.

The wonderful fellow blogger who named the best reason will recieve a custom xml template for New Blogger, exclusively designed for him/her!

Beware… The content of your email (never your address) may be made public in the winning announcement! =)
I will choose my lucky winner on July 26th!

Tell all your friends!
Feel free to steal the button and link back to the permanent link of this post…

Enjoy this one because the next free template give away will be way more difficult! *tee-hee*

Catch ya,

Sanni

Marge: Homer, I don’t want you driving around in a car you built yourself.
Homer: You can sit there complaining, or you can knit me some seat belts.

Guess who´s one =)

On July 19th, 2006 we opened our virtual Café - Coffee2go was born… with lots of milk froth.

342 coffee breaks later we are amazed how this little coffee corner developed from the personal journal it was before.

We´re proud to announce visitor No 40.000 - a nice guy from Bagwine country. The one and only Matt-Man stopped by yesterday, leaving a friendly “Bada Bing” @ 18/7/07 5:29 PM (in our part of the world). Definitely “Bada Bing” =)

We have completed 1 year of blogging… and after reviewing this year we see a lot of ups and just a few downs. You darling bloggie people celebrated the happy times with us and helped us cheering up when we needed a hug. We laughed together, we cried together… and we´ve had a bunch of fun. That´s why the little coffee corner is still running: We love your replies, my friends…

Friends who we´ve never met, the beloved 2D-friends on the net…

What´s happening right now, after 1 year of blogging?

I´m sitting here, enjoying a Cappucino, having a dream:

I´d LOVE to meet you in 3D someday. So… how about a Blogosphere Meet & Greet (and *SMOOCH*) in summer 2008? =)

I thank you all for supporting me during the year!

Love ya all more than caffeine,

Sanni

Marcia Kilgore, the founder of Bliss, the Mecca for spa hoppers on both sides of the Atlantic, teamed up with engineers and designed a shoe that´s named FitFlop.

As soon as I saw them, I knew I had to have them. Truth be told, I wasn’t the only woman dying to get her feet into the latest greatest leg-toning thigh-trimming footwear…

The King’s Road Sporting Club in London, UK was one of the first shops to stock the miracle shoes and sold more than 700 pairs in three days. Owner Michael Conitzer said:

In 13 years I’ve never seen anything like this. It is the fastest-selling product we’ve ever had.

The FitFlop website apologises for the current limited availability of the sandal, which is due to it “selling out faster than you can say gluteus maximus”.

So, if you’re not already pounding the streets with a pair of FitFlops, you’ll have to join the thousands in the queue for this summer’s must-have footwear.

13 reasons why I adore my FitFlops

1.) After Luis was born I started my weightloss journey -I´ve lost 142lb so far, exercising plays an important role in this weightloss. I rarely have the time to go to the gym… so I love the idea of getting a workout while I walk.

2.) FitFlops have the potential to make my butt smaller and my legs leaner.

3.) Although I´m addicted to shoes I love to walk barefoot, especially in the summer. The biomechanically engineered Fit Flops help to recreate the natural gait of barefoot walking.

4.) FitFlops are really light - they weigh around 400g per pair. This makes me feel like walking barefeet and it makes them fantastic to take with me when traveling.

5.) Each step in my FitFlops absorbs shock from my feet, knees and back. My back feels better since I wear them.

6.) They are very comfortable while they help me to gain muscle strength, tone my legs and burn calories - toning is as easy as putting one foot in front of the other =)

7.) I´ve been wearing my Fit Flops for a while now - and I can feel the muscles of my legs working overtime, from my calves all the way up through my hamstrings to where I need it most: my glutes.

8.) FitFlops come in three colors: red, black and bliss blue. Like all these colors lots - so the FitFlops fit perfectly to my apparel.

9.) FitFlops look cute - I thought about ordering some MBTs a few months ago, the Masai Barefoot Technology training shoe, developed by Swiss Engineer. But to me the MBTs are monumentally ugly (though some say equally effective).

10.) I always wanted to own something with a “powerful new built-in micro-wobbleboard workout-enhancing effect”. =)

11.) The insoles are squishy, which help with the comfort. The sandal is the most snug at the top of my foot, and since the strap comes back farther on the top of my foot, it doesn’t “flip flop” as much when I walk so the FitFlops don´t come off too easy - I´m not afraid to brake my bones in them.

12.) Rumors abounded FitFlops help you to get rid of cellulite, too. Dreams to come true - not confessing I have cellulite *LOL*

13.) Last, but not least: My French pedicured toes look very cute in FitFlops

I love “ordinary” Flip Flops… so the FitFlops, half sexy sandals, half muscle toning trainer, will definitely get my vote for “must-have” of the summer: I´ve completed my FitFlop Collection a few days ago =)

Happy TT and thanks for stopping by,

Apu: A napkin, sir.

A certain sudden nose titillation got me up early in the morning. Dawn had broken, the sun was about to rise. The birds were twittering already. It wasn´t the early morning sun tickling my nose… it was… well… it was something I´ve seen ages ago… when I was a little one: Tiny footsteps on my pillow… sparkling dust filling our sleeping room.

I rose up, running my tongue over my teeth… No, it was still there… still stuck in the same spot… since 33 years. Mysterious…

I decided to follow the footsteps - out of the bedroom, through the floor, down the stairs, crossing our living room, straight to Coffee2go´s entrance door… I stepped inside the little coffee corner, still following the tiny footsteps. The whole Café was sprinkled… impossible to see any further footstep. So why not having a quick Coffee2go before getting to the bottom of this mystery? At the very moment I switched on the coffee machine I saw it:

Our coffee maker was decorated with a cute Blue Ribbon - and a teeny post-it:

Congratulations!
You have touched people with your writing.
You are a blue-ribbon blogger!

Awesome… Just WOW! I had the pleasure of being visited by the Blog Fairy! While everyone was sound asleep, she sprinkled some magic fairy dust all over Coffee2go , tiptoed out and flew away into the darkness.

Thank you so much for your magical fairy dust and the cute ribbon, dear Blog Fairy! I´m deeply honored to be a Blue Ribbon Blogger… I ♥ it!

Please keep up watching over the blogs and bloggers in the vast blogosphere…
And if you´ll ever meet the tooth fairy on a fairy-get-together please let her know she forgot one of my milk teeth. It´s still there - stuck in the same spot for 33 years now… maybe she could stop by and take my last milk tooth before she´ll come to collect Luis´ milkteeth? That would be nice…
Thank you =)

xoXOxo,
