To me one of the most helpful Weight Loss Tip is:
“Reward Yourself:
For every kilo (2.2 pounds) you lose give yourself a treat, for example flowers, a cinema ticket or a visit to the beautician.”
So… I wanted to loose too much weight to reward myself for every kilo/2.2 lb - I would have been flat broke reaching my goal. LOL
I decided to give me a treat whenever I have lost 5kg (11 lb). That´s 11 rewards so far and two I´m soooo looking forward to:
