The XXth Men’s World Championship 2007 was hosted in Germany during the last weeks. Host Germany and Poland were to play the WCh final in “Köln-Arena”, Cologne, Germany today. The German Team around head coach Heiner Brand has won the WCh final - 29:24
Germany is handball world champion - Congrats to the guys!

My attention was turned to Bremen, Germany today as well. My fave German Soccer Club Schalke 04 took on Werder. Schalke made it! The boys won 0:2 - and are front runner of the German Soccer League.

It´s getting warmer in my part of the world… exercising is so much fun, even more when the weather is good!

- Mon, Jan 29th: 18 Minutes - work-out
- Tue, Jan 30st: 5 Minutes - push-ups (Yeah, Baby, yeah! My muscles are aching, but I´m strong… NOT! LOL)
- Wed, Jan 31st: 63 Minutes - workout & running
- Thu, Feb 1st: 46 Minutes - workout & running
- Fri, Feb 2nd: 18 Minutes - sit-ups (*whimpering*)
- Sat, Feb 3rd: 54 Minutes - Baby-Yoga (Sanni´s Scaling Saturday!!!)
I´ve had lots of fun reading your comments, counting the minutes and exercising! Please keep up your support…
Anybody interested in my weight loss last week? No? Okay… I will tell you anyway, because I can´t resist:
I´ve lost another kg (2.2 lb) - my fave suite fits again… I haven´t tried to jump into my Replay Electra, yet… but I will next week! Thank you!!!

Just to make you exercise ! I can’t say anything to foot or handball, I never look. I only watch German TV for Mittagsmagazin, and the series like all the SOKO’s Fall für zwei etc. That’s my antistress.
