- Tue, Jan 23rd: 3 Minutes - push-ups (OMG, I´m so lame - LOL)
- Wed, Jan 24th: 65 Minutes - workout & running
- Thu, Jan 25th: 70 Minutes - workout & running
- Fri, Jan 19th: 28 Minutes - running
- Sat, Jan 20th: 58 Minutes - workout & Baby-Yoga
- Sun, Jan 21th: 5 Minutes - sit-ups
I´ve had lots of fun reading your comments, counting the minutes and exercising - nice side-effect:
My weight-check day is Saturday and I´ve lost 2.2 lbs (1,0 kg) again–> I am slaphappy.
