Welcome to my second feast… Feel free to taste!
Appetizer
Which language would you like to learn and why?
I´d like to learn Dutch and Flemish.
Dutch because the Netherlands are our nearest neighboring state. Much to my regret we did not learn it at school - although it takes just about 45 minutes by car to visit the Netherlands. I think it´s a matter of courtesy to speak your neighbor´s language - even when you visit his country.
Felmish because we consider Mr L to attend a European International School. Those of you who are not new to Coffee 2 go may ask yourself: “They are planning school attendance? He´s just 7 months old!”
Yes, he is =) - but most of the European International Schools mostly begin at Kindergarten… and they have a 2 up to 3 years queue time… We found a very good one in Brussels/Belgium. Belgium is multilingual - parts of it speak French, other parts speak German and a huge part speaks Flemish… might be a good idea to speak all 3 languages of our new home if we move =)

Soup
What’s the funniest thing you’ve heard or read so far this week?
There were lots of funny things I´ve read or heard about this week… but the funniest thing I saw yesterday - Mr L´s newest hobby: Imagine a 7 month old bold as brass baby boy starting a campaign to conquer our Labrador diva´s doss. After several minutes of crawling, climbing and fighting… he finally made it… sitting inside like a little king on his ascending the throne =)

Salad
Which movie was so bad you couldn’t watch the whole thing?
I did not leave cinema yet - but I´ve been watching a few movies I considered being bad enough I nearly did:
1.) Donnie Brasco - an awful bore to me
2.) Mars Attacks! - simply cruft, although many great actors participated
3.) Borat - I was not able to get into this… most of the time I sat there and thought: That´s enough and to spare, he can NEVER exceed this tasteless scene - what can I say? He did… again and again. The “nude fight” almost made me puke all over the cinema…
By the way… relating to “Soup”- the most stupid thing I´ve heared last week is a German couple wants to get a divorce after watching Borat. He liked the movie… she didn´t?!?!?!

Main Course
If there were a holiday in your honor that didn’t use your actual name, what would the day be called?
“For The Love Of Coffee”-holiday - we celebrated the first “Day Of Coffee” (I apologize this post is written in German) in Germany this year, but nobody had a day off by reason of this =)
Dessert
Name one movie which is coming out soon that you would like to see.
Pirates Of The Caribbean - At Worlds End - I confess: I´m a coffee-addicted pirates bride =)
Thanks for dining with me,
And now…
… our moment of Homer J.:

Homer: Operator! Give me the number for 911!

Mr L is awfully cute! and if i learned the language from my Appetizer, i would be able to read your post in German!
