Myth: Handsome, cute or good looking guys in the gym

Fact: Sweaty, unshaven, rolly-polly guys, and if there are any cute ones around, they just end up looking gay.

Fact: Yeah, true… @ 1st blush
but have you heard of i-pods, sunglasses, D-series, all the glitters?
And what about a so-called “brain-f*#k”?

Myth: The acid in grapefruit helps burn body fat, so the pounds drop off.

Fact: I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but sadly experts say no food can actually carry out this amazing feat. Some foods can speed up your metabolism for a short time, but do not actually cause weight loss. Luckily, grapefruit fans like Kylie can relax, as the fruit has a low-carb content and is packed with vitamins!

Myth : It´s better late than never.

Fact: You missed the bus. Better luck next time, if there is a next time at all.

Myth: Forever young

Fact : You suddenly realise you are ageing every minute, and the urge to go back to the wrinkle free skin products creeps into you when you don’t even have a wrinkle.

Myth: The first cut is the deepest.

Fact: Each one of them hurts just as much, if not more.

Myth: Menstrual blood attract bears, at least Black Bears. It is also a fact that having sex in the wilderness attracts grizzlies.

Fact: I haven’t “hiked” much in grizzly country, so I can’t say for grizzlies.
Momentarily I am PMS-ing…but I can´t remember having a single bear around during last trails… *geehee*. By the way… does anyone know where to buy divacup or softcup in Germany?

Myth: After the rain comes sun

Fact: Life is a bitch sometimes. I am feeling kind of snafu since yesterday… and there seems to be no “sun” in sight. Sanni might apologize for being a manic-depressive. I don´t.
